The Anime Club will meet on Thursday, December 13 at 5 p.m.

Anime ADVocates is being revamped, so we don’t have a new disc this month. We’re going to watch some titles from previous months this time. As always, please feel free to bring your own drinks and/or snacks.

Titles for this month are:

Jinki: Extend [TV-PG] (Episode 1 & 2)
Up until now, 13-year-old Aoba Tsuzaki has been content to spend hours holed up in her room building plastic robots. But that was before she was recruited to join an elite fighting squad targeting the evil Ancient Jinki. This anime series follows Aoba's quest to save the Earth, and her eventual loss of innocence as her passion for constructing robots morphs into a life-or-death nightmare of epic proportions.

Madlax [TV-14] (Episodes 1 & 2)
At first glance, female hired gun Madlax and naively unassuming student Margaret appear to have nothing in common. But they've recently discovered that their seemingly different lives cross at one deadly point. Now, they must uncover and solve a perplexing puzzle before the dark forces opposing them end their lives. Will the knowledge of their preordained doom -- and their self-imposed task -- bind them together or pull them apart?
