August Anime Program
The Anime Club will meet on Thursday, August 9th at 5 p.m.
This month we have:
Madlax [TV-14] (Episode 1 & 2)
At first glance, female hired gun Madlax and naively unassuming student Margaret appear to have nothing in common. But they've recently discovered that their seemingly different lives cross at one deadly point. Now, they must uncover and solve a perplexing puzzle before the dark forces opposing them end their lives. Will the knowledge of their preordained doom -- and their self-imposed task -- bind them together or pull them apart?

Five years ago, as the Mimetic beasts laid waste to Japan, Go saved young Anna Aoi's life. Now, as the two prepare to march down the aisle, a new beast appears to summon Go into battle once more. But he's not going alone -- not if his blushing bride-to-be can help it. It's a honeymoon from hell as two stubborn mecha pilots bump heads and attempt to mate their robots' interlocking parts for the ultimate union of powers.
