Only 11 Days Left in Amnesty Month!
Time is running out to take advantage of Amnesty Month. All fines for items due before December 31, 2005 will be forgiven during the amnesty, regardless if the item is overdue one day or many years.
Materials returned need to be in good condition but no questions will be asked nor fines charged. Replacement fees for damaged materials will not be waived. Amnesty does not apply to fines on materials already returned but were overdue at the time of return and not paid for.
So far, over a dozen patrons have taken advantage of Amnesty Month to return their overdue items.
